Mother Teresa ....inspiration...
You know.... I had to take down the title "Mother Teresa & Marie Antoinette"... I had it up for awhile but everytime I came back to my blog... It just didn't seem right. To have those 2 names together just didn't seem fair or give Mother Teresa the respect she deserves... not to say anything horrible about Marie Antoinette.... I think she herself would understand... and have a little laugh.... it's all good. ; )While looking for a white linen apron for ideas to hang on my "Marie Antoinette" hook... I came across this lovely little blog ~"Berlins Whimsy" with this wonderful quote. I Love it. Pass it along....
“Try to make at least one person happy every day. If you cannot do a kind deed, speak a kind word. If you cannot speak a kind word, think a kind thought. Count up, if you can, the treasure of happiness that you would dispense in a week, in a year, in a lifetime!” ~Lawrence G. Lovasik
It made me think of Mother Teresa of Calcutta. Beautiful. What a life. I can not begin to describe her.
"I wasn't called to serve the poor in Calcutta. I followed Jesus Christ and this is where He led me." *Mother Teresa
Isn't it funny how "listing something on Etsy... turned out to be me blogging about Mother Teresa. that's part of my problem I guess,.... you think? O well.... Its a good path, a positive one. I'll get there one day. Hopefully smarter & more Positive for the best.
Spread some good thoughts, love, deeds, kindness today.
Love to you all! XOXO

Marie Antoinette on Etsy...

Wow... I'm trying to list this little Marie Antoinette piece on Etsy and it really takes some thought....TAGS..... Its vital how you use them. Well... its very important to use the right TAGS. It is how you are to be found in the world of online selling with millions of others...
You can have a fantastic piece, but if no one can find you.... your not going to sell it.
Also... you can only use like 14 tags too? Have to be creative too in your description... if only people knew all the work, thought process & time involved in putting things online. It isn't as easy as you think. It can be, but it all just takes time.
I wanted to put it on My lollishops, however... I just do not feel anyone can find me there right now. I have to figure it out.
ANY & ALL ideas are welcome... from anyone reading this or if you know someone who is a Wiz at that kind of thing. Send them my way...
I have a lot of work to do.
Online, photographs, descriptions, finishing products, getting rid of distractions and ohh so much more all while my girls are busy with summer activities.

ohhhhh If ANYONE knows anyone who has everything, or LOVES Marie Antoinette, frou frou posh things... send them my way to come take a peak at my Marie Antoinette decorative hook.
It is really pretty and very unique. I Love the colors and the regal style from such a little piece is really charming and a sweet conversation piece.
Colors are so soft & sweet would be fabulous is a nursery ~ hanging sweet little Christening gowns or antique dresses,
or your studio, workspace ... or really anywhere for lots of diff. reasons.
Who knew a hook could be so stylish.
Or you could simply just hang some pearls, chains, ribbons etc.... or nothing at all & just look at it and know you bought something from me & made me so happy .....and it is quite a unique piece.
Back to work I go Listing this & hopefully some more things just waiting....
Ciao ~

Christian Lacroix Crown & detail....

I just had to share it. I LOVE Haute Couture. Just look at the details. We're all about crowns this year. Some even before that. I do not think I could tire of crowns. Look at the detail in this dress. Just Yummy! What does this have to do with me making little pretties for Bebe & child? Everything! It inspires me. The colors, details, style... just inspires me and motivates me to make something pretty. Click on the picture above for larger image. ~ Enjoy.

Here is my little crown I was playing around with. Not quite sure what to do with it??? I have been making a bunch of little crowns just for decoration. Im Kinda on a crown kick lately. I think we all need to have one.
